We had a very pleasant stay at the Manor. The rooms are large and we had a lovely view of the green courtyard area at the back. There are some great restaurants nearby and it is well located for the airport and for getting into the centre.

I would not recommend this place primarily for the attitude of the staff in reservation and check-in, and secondly for the unstable WiFi and the water getting shut off completely on the last day. I would have given it zero stars if that were an option.

Good Hotel, OK Location, Unhelpful Staff

Stayed with 2 kids in family room, nice high ceilings, good size, pretty clean. Hotel location is near Tram so easy to get to city. Note, the hotel staff is NOT trained for service, providing guidance, or recommendations. When you pay 500$/night, you expect staff to be able to assist you with recommendations for restaurants or ANY places to eat in the area of the hotel. Day 1, when we asked for recommendations, we were given a list with few options (some 20 min drive), and staff said they don't know anything about those places (so just a list). Next day was Kings Day, so most places were closed as expected. However, no one told us the restaurant IN THE hotel building would be closed as well (don't care who owns it, it is in the hotel, you need to let guests know by posting a sign). When we asked for "what's open" the response was "don't know, I can google as you do, but google will not show correct hours".... REALLY? That's service? If you know that there is a major holiday, why not have a list of places which are open? In other hotels for major holidays like New Year, Christmas, etc... they have such lists for tourists (your guest in your country). So, if you are looking just for accommodations good choice and nice place. If you expect services, look somewhere else. Side note, I been to over 20 countries and over 150 cities on both pleasure and business travel.... so I know what to expect in different regions.

Overall it was a good stay. The location was great and had plenty of restaurants and places to explore. Upon arrival, it was clear that our bathroom had not been cleaned fully. The front staff addressed it right away, though soon afterwards we discovered other areas that haven't been cleaned (large spill stain on the wall, sticky light switches, etc.). It never feels good when things aren't clean, but otherwise the hotel stay went well and the staff were extremely helpful. We would stay again.
